PHP - Inotify init() Function

inotify_init() function can initialize an inotify instance.

Syntax

resource inotify_init( void )

inotify_init() function can initialize an inotify instance for use with the inotify_add_watch() function.

inotify_init() function can return a stream resource or false on error.
