This component in the Supply Chain Process is used to control the customer requirements by checking product availability, manufacturing, passing the requirements to logistics, and gathering feedback from the customer.

Component Customer Requirement is the result of a sales order or purchase requisition or quotation request. This contains the details about the quantities of the product raised and when the product is required.
