Solution:
(i) Given equation is $p+4=15$
The given equation is written in the form of a statement as:
"The sum of $p$ and 4 is 15."
(ii) Given the equation is $m-7=3$.
The given equation is written in the form of a statement as:
"7 subtracted from $m$ is 3."
(iii) Given the equation is $2m=7$.
The given equation is written in the form of a statement as:
"Two times $m$ is 7".
(iv) Given the equation is $\frac{m}{5}=3$.
The given equation is written in the form of a statement as:
"One-fifth of $m$ is 3."
(v) Given the equation is $\frac{3m}{5}=6$.
The given equation is written in the form of a statement as:
"Three-fifth of $m$ is 6."
(vi) Given the equation is $3p+4=25$

"When 4 is added to three times the number $p$, it gives 25."
