Its training would consist of in-house training for managers and workers, specialised training for senior executives. It also wishes to provide the facility of e-learning and distance learning for improvement of knowledge in technical fields. It also conducts seminars from time to time to provide updates of various policies, technologies and growth strategies of BEML.

Conclusion

India’s industrial needs for mining, constructing, electricity, irrigating, fertilisers, cement, steel, and railways are met by a wide range of products produced by BEML. There are several earthmoving machineries, such as bulldozers, dumping trucks, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, shovels, walking draglines, motor graders, and scrapers which are produced by BEML and without which India’s economic and industrial functioning would remain stagnant.
