For the past 18 years, I've worked and lived in different countries like Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Germany, serving as an International Business Consultant.

It hasn't always been easy—I faced cultural and career challenges that made my path challenging.

As I reflect on my experiences, I've come to realize that awareness and the right skill set could have avoided lots of misunderstandings and confusion.

I decided to use all my experiences and insight to empower young professionals. 

The result was the creation of workshops, seminars and online courses tailored for university students and young professionals, equipping them to navigate the complexities of the real job market and bridge cultural and communication gaps.
