With over 20 exciting years of management consulting experience, Natalie Berkiw-Scenna brings her passion and guidance to support others in growing their careers through mentorship, coaching and education.

Natalie is a seasoned, senior project manager and meeting facilitator. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation through the global Project Management Institute (PMI), and certification in Lean from the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering.

With her extensive experience in team and meeting facilitation, and in developing educational content and materials, she has consolidated this knowledge and authored the book Unleash Your Meeting Potential(TM): A Comprehensive Guide to Leading Effective Meetings. This book is sold in retailers around the world! She also recently launched this as an online course, after teaching this valuable content to several MBA business programs and at various education events and symposiums.

She focuses on training and coaching others to build their confidence, credibility and presence to take their careers to the next level.
