Abdellatif Abid is a senior international consultant and lecturer-researcher with international experience in educational engineering, training development, business management and operational excellence. He is also an expert in purchasing, international trade and industrial management, as well as in value analysis and value chain.

Abdellatif has worked on several international projects related to supply chain, including the creation and implementation of the first national engineering degree in Morocco in partnership with MOD SPÉ. He also participated in the reengineering of the national engineering degree program in textile-clothing. In addition, he created and implemented the first QSE Master program in Morocco as well as the first Master program in Merchandising. Abdellatif also created and implemented the first state engineering degree in Morocco in international logistics, in partnership with ENSAIT Roubaix.

As a part-time university lecturer, Abdellatif teaches courses at the Master's and professional degree levels in areas such as supply chain design and management, supply chain risk management, Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing, Industry 4.0, operations management, transportation and distribution, and the use of an ERP such as Odoo.

Abdellatif can offer his services to companies as a business management and operational excellence consultant. He can help companies improve their operational efficiency by using methods such as Lean Six Sigma to reduce costs while improving quality. He can also help companies develop their supply chains to maximize efficiency.
