Write the differences between anode and cathode.


AnodeCathode
The anode is the electrode where the electricity flows into it.
The cathode is the electrode where the electricity flows out of it.
The ions that move towards the cathode are positively charged and are called cations
The ions that move towards the anode are negatively charged and are called anions.
The cathode is usually a negative  terminal
The anode is usually a positive terminal
