Write a pair of integers whose sum is 7.
Given: Sum of two integers is 7.
To find: Here we have to find a pair of integer whose sum is 7.
Solution:
Let one integer be = a
Let second integer be = b
So, according to the problem:
a $+$ b = 7
So, in the above equation we can put value of either a or b to get the corresponding value other integer:
Example:
Let one integer (a) be = 2
So,
2 $+$ b = 7
b = 7 $-$ 2
b = 5
Therefore, 2 and 5 is a pair of integer whose sum is 7.
We can get as many pairs as we want by just changing the values of a and b.
