Why we can see moon only in night?

Moon cannot produce light as did by the sun. Moon actually reflects the light that is taken from the sun. In the day time, the light from the sun is far more than the light reflected by the moon.

Therefore, since the light from the sun outshines the light from the moon, we cannot see the moon on day time. Whereas at night time, since there is no sunlight, it is possible to see the moon.
