Why milk doesn't contain Vitamin C?
Cow-milk doesn’t contain Vitamin C, because it is not a vitamin for the calf as it can produce it through a sequence of enzyme, which converts glucose to ascorbic acid in the liver of a cow.
So, there is no reason for the cow to produce milk with vitamin C.
On the other hand -
Human milk (Breast milk) contains plenty of Vitamin C, as human babies cannot produce vitamin C on their own.
