Why is photosynthesis considered an endothermic reaction?
Photosynthesis is considered an endothermic reaction because in this process solar energy is absorbed to produce glucose and oxygen from carbon dioxide and water in the presence of chlorophyll.
(An endothermic reaction is one in which energy is utilized.)
