Why can't we see different objects clearly due to regular reflection?


Regular reflection means the light will be reflected in only one direction and you must be in that direction if you want to see the object. So if you didn't present in that direction then you can't see that object. Whereas in diffused reflection the light is reflected in many directions so, at least some light will reach you and helps you in seeing the objects.
