Given :
The given statement is the numbers that lie between 0 and $-1$.
To do :
We have to find the rational numbers lie between 0 and $-1$.
Solution :
The rational numbers between 0 and $-1$ are
a. negative in nature and
b. must be in the fractional form(<1)
Among the given numbers,
$-3$ and $\frac{-2}{3}$ are negative numbers but $-3$ is not in fractional form.
$\frac{4}{3}$ is in fractional form but it is greater than 1 and is positive in nature.
Therefore,
$\frac{-2}{3}$ lies between 0 and $-1$.
