What kind of food did Lions eat?

Lions are carnivores. Hence, they feed on other living organisms. Their usual prey includes antelopes, buffaloes, zebras, young elephants, rhinos, hippos, wild hogs, crocodiles, and giraffes. Sometimes, lions feed on smaller prey like mice, birds, hares, lizards, and tortoises.
