What is the momentum of an object of mass m, moving with a velocity v?
To find momentum we need to know the values of the mass of the body and velocity of the body.
Mathematically, momentum= Mass $ \times $ Velocity
$p = mv$
here $p$ is momentum, $m$ is the mass of the body and $v$ is the velocity of the body
