What is sulphate?
Sulphate is a salt that forms when sulphuric acid reacts with another chemical. It is an Inorganic compound, soluble in water. The sulphate ion is a polyatomic anion with the empirical formula SO42-.
Salts, acid derivatives, and peroxides of sulphate are widely used in the industry.
