What is meant by Metalloids?
Elements are classified into metals, non-metals, metalloids and noble gases.
A metalloid is a type of chemical element which has properties in between of Metals and Non-metals.
The six commonly recognised metalloids are boron, silicon, germanium, arsenic, antimony, and tellurium. Others are carbon, aluminium, selenium, polonium, and astatine.
