What is Kinetic Friction?
Kinetic friction is the force that acts between moving surfaces. When a body is moving on surface experiences force in the opposite direction of its movement. The magnitude of this force depends on the coefficient of kinetic friction between the two objects.
Force of kinetic friction = (coefficient of kinetic friction)(normal force)
