What is apiculture, and what are decomposers?
1. “Apiculture" or beekeeping is the scientific method of rearing honeybees for the production of honey and the wax.
The word 'apiculture' is derived from the Latin word 'apis' meaning bee.
2. Decomposers are those organisms that break down dead or decaying organic matter into simpler substances.
They convert complex molecules present in dead and decay matter into simple molecules and allow it to mix with the soil. Thus they help to recycle the nutrients.
Bacteria and Fungi are well-known decomposers.
