What are the steps to divide a decimal number by another decimal number?
Solution:
To divide a decimal by another decimal:
1. First Move the decimal point in the divisor to the right until it becomes a whole number.
2. Then, move the decimal point in the dividend to the right by the same number of places as the decimal point was moved to make the divisor a whole number.
3. Then, divide the new dividend by the new divisor.
For example:
$\frac{0.25}{0.05}$
$=\frac{25}{5}$ [move the decimal point by two places to the right]
$=5$
