What are the differences between a mixture and a solution?
The differences between mixture and solution are given below:-
Mixture | Solution |
1. Substances are not completely dissolved but mixed in the mixture. | 1. Substances are dissolved completely in solution and they cannot be filtered out. |
2. Mixture comprises of two or three compounds that aren’t fused chemically which have no physical interactions. | 2. It contains two substances that are chemically mixed to form a new compound. |
