Probiotics are live microorganisms that provide health benefits when consumed generally by improving or restoring the intestinal flora. They are usually known as "good" or "helpful" bacteria.

Bacteria and Yeasts are well-known probiotics that are good for our health, especially for our digestive system. 

Examples- Yogurt, Pickles, Cottage cheese, etc.
