What are Atoms?
An atom is a fundamental particle of matter. It consists of sub-atomic particles such as electrons, neutrons, and protons. Protons and neutrons make up the center of the atom called as nucleus and electrons fly around the nucleus. Electrons are of a negative charge and protons are of a positive charge. If an atom consists of more protons than electrons then that atom is positively charged, or else negatively charged.
