Solution:   

We know that

The product of two numbers is equal to the product of their HCF and LCM.

So,

HCF x LCM = Product of the numbers 

23 x LCM = 15870 

$\Longrightarrow \ LCM=\ \frac{15870}{23} \ =\ 690$

LCM = 690

So, the answer is 690.
