$ = 30 x y - 24 x y + 12 y + 10 y + 14 x + 18 x$

$ = 6 x y + 22 y + 32 x$

Therefore, the difference between $24 x y-10 y-18 x$ and $30 x y +12 y+14 x$ is $6 x y + 22 y + 32 x$.
