To do:
We have to find the percentage of the youngest age-group persons over those in the oldest age group.
Solution:
Number of people in Youngest age group $= 300$
Number of people in Oldest age group $= 1400$
Therefore,
Required percentage $=\frac{1400 \times 100}{300} \%$
$=\frac{1400}{3} \%$
$=466 \frac{2}{3} \%$
