Solve following linear equation:
($ 2(x-2)-3(x-3)=5(x-5)+4(x-8) $
Given:
Given equation is $2(x-2)-3(x-3)=5(x-5)+4(x-8)$.
To do:
We have to find the value of $x$.
Solution:
$2(x-2)-3(x-3)=5(x-5)+4(x-8)$
$2(x)-2(2)-3(x)-3(-3)=5(x)-5(5)+4(x)-4(8)$
$2x-4-3x+9=5x-25+4x-32$
$-x+5=9x-57$
$9x+x=5+57$
$10x=62$
$x=\frac{62}{10}$
$x=\frac{31}{5}=6.2$
The value of $x$ is $\frac{31}{5}=6.2$.
