Given: Sohan Bought A Second Hand Refrigerator For Rs.2500
Then spent Rs. 500 On Its Repair And Sold It For Rs. 3300
To do: Find his loss or gain percent.
Solution:
Total money spent by Sohan= $2500+500$
=$ 3000$
So cost price is $3000$
Selling price = $3300$
Gain = $3300 - 3000$
=$300$
So percentage gain = $\frac{300}{3000}\times100$
Therefore, the gain % is 10%
