Perimeter of rectangular field is 360 metre and it's breadth is 75 metre. Find the length of the rectangular field.

Given :

Perimeter of rectangle $= 360 m$

Breadth of rectangle $= 75 m$

To find :

We have to find the length of the rectangle.

Solution :

$$Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)$$

$360 = 2 (length + 75)$

$\frac{360}{2} = length + 75$

$180 = length + 75 $

$ 180 - 75 = length$

$105 = length$

$Length =  105 m$

Length of the rectangular field is $105 m$
