If the mass of a body and the force acting on it are both doubled, what happens to the acceleration ?
As known the formula of force $F=m\times a$ or $a=\frac{F}{m}$
Here $F\rightarrow$ Force
$m\rightarrow$ mass of the body
$a\rightarrow$ acceleration
If the mass and force are doubled, then acceleration $a=\frac{2F}{2m}=\frac{F}{m}$
Thus, the acceleration remains unchanged even after doubling the mass and force.
