If A:B=2:5 and B:C = 7:9, find out A:B:C
Given: A:B=2:5 and B:C = 7:9
To find: A:B:C , we have to make the number pertaining to 'B' same in both ratios
Solution:
To do this Multiply 1st Ratio with 7, and multiply second ratio with 5
A:B = 2$\times$7 : 5$\times$7
B:C =7$\times$5 : 9$\times$5
A: B = 14 : 35
B:C = 35 : 45
Now we got B number same in both ratios
