How you can say that Acids and Bases are around us?

Acids are generally found in Vinegar, Curd, Spinach, lemons, Citrus fruits, Amla, Tamarind, Grapes, Unripe Mangoes, Citrus fruits such as Oranges, etc.

Bases are generally found in Mouthwash, Table salt, Baking soda. Bath products, such as Soaps, Detergent, Alkaline battery, Chewing Gum, Hair dye, etc. 

Hence, we can say that acids and bases are all around us.
