First, let us find the LCM of 3, and 5 which is 15.
Now we will rewrite $\frac{2}{3}$ and$\frac{4}{5}$ as their equivalent fractions with denominator 15
$\frac{2\times 5}{3\times 5}$ and $\frac{4\times 3}{5\times 3}$ or
$\frac{10}{15}$ and$\frac{12}{15}$
A rational number between these rational numbers can be $\frac{11}{15}$
So a rational number between $\frac{2}{3}$ and$\frac{4}{5}$ is $\frac{11}{15}$
