Solution
The equation of the forces working here in this type of simple machine is
Load x load arm = Effort x Effort arm
150 x load arm = 40 x effort arm
The effort arm should be lengthier/greater than the load arm. Keeping this in mind the position of the fulcrum is worked out
The position of the fulcrum can be between the load and effort such that the effort arm is longer than the load arm in proportion to 150/40 or 15:4
