Give reasons, why :- Silver is used in jewellery.
- Copper is used in electrical wiring.
- Sodium is stored in kerosene oil.
- Silver does not corrode easily as they are low reactive metal. It is also malleable and ductile, therefore, it can be used in jewellery.
- Copper is used in electrical wiring because it is a good conductor of electricity.
- Sodium is a highly reactive metal. It has a low ignition temperature. It oxidizes quickly and catches fire and burns when exposed to air. Hence, it can only be stored in a liquid hydrocarbon like mineral oil or kerosene oil.
