Solution :

           $= 4 \times 1000 + 8 \times 100 + 7 \times 10 + 9 \times 1$

Comparing it with the given number,

$a = 1000, b = 100, c=10$.

Therefore, the values of a, b, and are 1000, 100, and 10 respectively.
