Find the value of n from the following:$11^n \times 11^2=11^4$
Given :
The given expression is $11^n \times 11^2=11^4$.
To do :
We have to find the value of n.
Solution :
We know that,
$a^m \times a^n = a^{m+n}$
$11^n \times 11^2=11^4$
$(11)^{n+2}= 11^4$
Comparing the powers on both sides,
$n+2 = 4$
$n = 4-2$
$n = 2$.
Therefore, the value of n is 2.
