Number of observations(n) $= 7$
So, Median $= \frac{n+1}{2} ^{th}$ position.
$ = \frac{7+1}{2}=\frac{8}{2} = 4$
The median is the value in the $4^{th}$ position.
Therefore, the Median of the given data is 28.
