The missing sides are AB and BC.

From the figure:

AB + CD = EF

AB + 9 = 15

=>

AB = 15 - 9 = 6

From the figure:

Perimeter = Sum of all sides

= AB + BC +CD + DE + EF + FA

= 6 + 2 + 9 + 9 + 15 + 11

= 52 cm
