Solution:
As given, diagonals of rhombus are $d_1=12\ cm$ and $d_2=13\ cm$
Area of rhombus $=\frac{1}{2}\times(d_1\times d_2)$
$=\frac{1}{2}\times12\times13=6\times13=78\ cm^2$
