Find out the letters of the English alphabet or any other language in which the image formed in a plane mirror appears exactly like the letter itself. Why? Discuss your findings
If the letters of the English alphabet A, H, I, M, O, T, U, V, W, X, Y are kept in front of a plane mirror, then they would form images that exactly look like the original letter.
These letters are vertically symmetric. For example, if we cut the letters A and U in the middle, then we would find that the right halves are equivalent to the left halves of the letters.
So, if they are placed in front of a plane mirror, images will be produced by them which will exactly look like the original alphabet without any lateral inversion.
