Given:
The given decimal number is $0.750$.
To do:
We have to express the given decimal in $\frac{p}{q}$ form.
Solution:
Converting decimal to rational number:
To convert a decimal to $\frac{p}{q}$ form follow the below steps.
Step 1: Write down the decimal divided by 1.
Step 2: Multiply both top and bottom by 10 for every number after the decimal
point. (For example, if there are two numbers after the decimal point, then use 100, if there are three then use 1000, etc.)
Step 3: Simplify (or reduce) the fraction.
Therefore,

$=\frac{0.750\times1000}{1\times1000}$
$=\frac{750}{1000}$
$=\frac{3\times250}{4\times250}$
$=\frac{3}{4}$
$0.750$ in $\frac{p}{q}$ form is $\frac{3}{4}$.
