Explain additive inverse.
Additive inverse- Additive inverse of a number means, a number which is equal and opposite in the sign. If we have a number "$a$". Then the additive inverse of "$a$" would be "$-a$".
For example:
1. Additive inverse of "$5"=-5$.
2. Additive inverse of "$-7"=-( -7)=7$
3. Additive inverse of $"\frac{3}{4}"=-\frac{3}{4}$
