A) $ \frac{81}{16 \times 25} $

Solution:


$4^ {-2}   \times  3^ {4}  \times  5^2$     

$4^{-2}    =  \frac{1 }{ 4^{2}}$=$\frac{ 1}{ 4 \times 4}  =  \frac{1}{16}$

$3^4  =  3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3  =  9 \times 9  =  81$

$ 5^ 2 =  5 \times 5  =  25$  

So,$ 4^{-2} \times 3^{4} \times 5^{2}$    =  $81 \times  \frac{25}{ 16}$

Therefore, option D is correct
