All stored energy is potential energy. Do you agree?
No. Not necessarily. Most of the stored energy is potential energy but there are some exceptions.
In a flywheel, the energy is stored in kinetic form rather than potential energy. So while you might say that all potential energy is stored energy, it would not be accurate to say that all stored energy is potential energy.
