Solution:
Wood is a bad conductor of heat. Steel and gold are metals and good conductors of heat. Of the two, steel has lower conductivity compared to gold. So it retains heat for a longer period of time.
So the steel spoon remains hot for a longer time compared to wooden and golden spoons
