A doctor/nurse/health worker is exposed to more sick people than others in the community. Find out how she/he avoids getting sick herself/himself.
A doctor/nurse/health worker can take the following precautions to prevent themselves from infections and communicable diseases from sick people:
1) Wear a mask when working in contact with patients.
2) An individual should cover himself/herself while moving to an infected place.
3) Consume a variety of foods, containing adequate vitamins and minerals.
4) Maintain plenty of hygienic water consumption.
5) Exercise regularly and keep yourself active. Maintain proper cleanliness and personal hygiene.
