Course Description
Mindfulness Meditation The Truth of Who You Are, is a program aimed at anyone who wants to approach Meditation in taking the transformational journey of truly getting to know themselves.
You will find explanatory text about how we work and complimentary videos that support knowledge and experience in Meditation, guiding you to dissolve many of the doubts that may arise in your practice.
Meditation, that “exercise” to disconnect to connect, leads us to the work of self-knowledge, to optimize our ego and build solid psycho-emotional well-being. To progressively place ourselves in the witness consciousness that observes, a place of freedom and liberty, and from a conscious and contemplative gaze, to question what we are or what we think we are to reach the truth and to remember who we are.
Mindfulness has reached a time of great interest and curiosity from the many who wish to tread its path, but there are still many misconceptions and misunderstandings about what Mindfulness and Meditation entail. I attempt here to make this course as accessible as possible to anyone who wishes to embark on this journey.
Beyond mental calm and relaxation, Meditation takes us to the truth of who we are. A transformational path. All changes in the world begin with you.
Much Love.
