The java.time.LocalTime.withNano(int nanoOfSecond) method returns a copy of this LocalTime with the nano-of-second altered.

Parameters

nanoOfSecond − the nano-of-second to set in the result, from 0 to 999,999,999.

Return Value

a LocalTime based on this date with the requested nano-of-second, not null.
